Oxfordshire County Council is scheduled to meet on 9 December 2025 to discuss a number of issues, including a proposal to submit an Expression of Interest for a Mayoral Strategic Authority, the gender and ethnicity pay gap reports, and a review of member champions. Councillors will also consider recommendations from the Independent Remuneration Panel regarding member allowances. Motions concerning the Abingdon reservoir, community cohesion, mental health services, men's health, and pavement weed clearance are also scheduled to be discussed.

The Oxfordshire County Council cabinet is scheduled to meet to discuss a number of topics including a proposal to submit an Expression of Interest to the government regarding devolution for Oxfordshire. The cabinet will also receive the recommendations of the Performance and Corporate Services Overview and Scrutiny Committee on Devolution for Oxfordshire.

The Shareholder Committee (Cabinet Committee) is scheduled to meet to discuss the adoption of the Enterprise Oxfordshire accounts for 2024/25. The committee will also review the minutes from the previous meeting, and consider any questions, petitions or public addresses.

Cabinet - Tuesday, 18 November 2025 2.00 pm

The Oxfordshire Council Cabinet met on 18 November 2025 and approved a new countywide rail strategy, changes to the waste acceptance policy for household waste recycling centres, and a policy for offsetting residual carbon emissions. The Cabinet also discussed and approved the budget and business planning report for 2026/27 - 2030/31, and received updates on scrutiny items, performance, risk, and employee data.
