Developer contribution funding for community facilities at Mampitts Green, Shaftesbury

...to support the delivery of community infrastructure at Mampitts Green, Shaftesbury, the Cabinet agreed to extend the s106 funding timescale milestones, allowing until June 9, 2026, for completion of necessary information and until July 9, 2026, for commencement of work, and to provide up to 10% of the £919,563 award for early drawdown to cover design refinement costs.

Modification of Public Health Contracts over £500k: 0-19 Public Health Nursing and Sexual Health Services

Both 0-19 Children and Young People Public Health Nursing Service and the Integrated Sexual Health Service contracts are currently die to end on 30 September 2026. Due to delays in procurement planning arising from the disaggregation of Public Health functions, approval is sought to extend the Integrated Sexual Health Service contract by 6 months and the 1-19 public Health Nursing Service contract by 12 months. This will enable appropriate staging and completion of procurement activity.
