Planning Sub Committee B - Tuesday, 17th September, 2024 7.30 pm
The committee approved all three planning applications on the agenda. The applications were for the change of use of a site at Bingfield Garages, Bingfield Street to eight separate commercial units, the replacement of a kitchen in a listed building at 54 Newington Green, and the erection of a new roof extension at 123 Golden Lane.
Health, Wellbeing and Adult Social Care Scrutiny Committee - Monday, 16th September, 2024 7.30 pm
The meeting considered quarterly performance of the Adult Social Care service, received the annual report of Healthwatch Islington, and approved the initiation document for a scrutiny review into Adult Social Care Accommodation. The committee agreed to revise the list of witnesses for the scrutiny review.

This meeting was scheduled to consider three planning applications and one request for a stopping up order. The meeting also included the confirmation of the minutes of the previous meeting.

The meeting of the full council approved the minutes of the previous meeting and agreed to several appointments to committees. The Health, Wellbeing and Adult Social Care Scrutiny Committee met and discussed the performance of Adult Social Care, the performance of Moorfields Eye Hospital, and the Committee's workplan for 2024-25. The Committee noted the reports on Adult Social Care, and Moorfields but asked for more information about the transition between Children and Adult Social Care to be brought to their next meeting. The Committee resolved to approve their workplan for 2024-25.
