The Culture, Heritage and Libraries Committee met to discuss the City Arts Initiative, the Sculpture in the City programme, the revenue outturn forecast, and Keats House. The committee approved two blue plaque proposals, rejected one, and deferred a decision on the Sculpture in the City programme pending further information. The committee also reviewed the revenue outturn forecast as at Quarter 2 2025/26.

Policy and Resources Committee - Thursday, 13th November, 2025 1.45 pm

The Policy and Resources Committee were scheduled to discuss Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and On Street Parking Reserve (OSPR) allocations, and to consider capital bids for 2026/27. They were also scheduled to discuss modifications to the City Plan 2040.

They were also scheduled to receive verbal updates on the National Year of Reading and the Audience Agency, and to receive a report on the Culture Strategy.

The Keats House Consultative Committee met on 31 October 2025 to discuss achievements at Keats House, priorities, projects, and activities at Keats House, and to receive an update on risk management. The committee was also scheduled to approve the minutes from their previous meeting.

The Policy and Resources Committee were scheduled to discuss a range of topics, including the Destination City Programme, benefits-in-kind, and ward communications. They were also scheduled to discuss revisions to the terms of reference for the Income Generation Working Party, and the allocation of contingency funds.
