The committee also refused an application for a change of use from a single dwelling house to a five-bedroom HMO at 61 Macoma Road, Plumstead, and deferred a decision on an application for a temporary change of use of a cafe to a marketing suite at 1 Oswald Gardens, Greenwich Millennium Village.

The Local Planning Committee refused permission for ASDA Stores Limited to alter the opening hours of the commercial unit at 123 Greenwich South Street. The Committee deferred their decision on the application by Mr Held for the change of use of 24 Lucknow Street in Plumstead to a five-bedroom small House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) with a maximum capacity of six people. The Committee approved an application by Ms I Cooke for the construction of a single storey rear extension at 43 The Slade in Plumstead. The Committee also approved an application by Plumstead Manor School to change the use of a car park at Plumstead Manor School to a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA).

The Local Planning Committee approved the construction of a new dwelling house to the rear of a takeaway on Woolwich Road, Greenwich. It also approved the change of use of a property on Sidcup Road, Blackheath, to a 7-bedroom House of Multiple Occupation (HMO), and granted permission for the retention of an outbuilding to the rear of a ground floor flat on Alwold Crescent in Eltham.
