Transfer Station Tender (with confidential appendix)

Article 4 Direction - HMO's in Wisbech (with confidential appendix)

Cabinet to consider and recommend to Council the making of Immediate and Non-Immediate Article 4 Directions in Wisbech which will give the Local Planning Authority (LPA) the ability to properly consider the implications of all new HMOs that are created, avoid excessive concentrations of HMOs in particular areas and continue to monitor their distribution and effects on the wider area.

Grounds Maintenance Contract - Procurement option decision and revised specification (with Confidential Appendices)

The current 10-year Grounds Maintenance (GM) contract with Tivoli expires on 31 October 2025. In order that the Council can replace this contract in a timely manner, work has taken place to assess the Council’s option with regards to ether securing a new partner or extending the current contract by one year.   Alongside this work, an assessment of potential cost reduction approaches regarding the current specification have been undertaken in order to reduce the expected increase in cost for a contract that a future procurement exercise will require.
