Young People's Substance Misuse and Sexual Health Service Contract Extension

...to ensure the continued provision of high-quality sexual health and substance misuse services for young people in Oldham, the Cabinet agreed to extend the current contract with Early Break (in partnership with HCRG Care Group and The Proud Trust) for a final two years, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2028, at a total cost of £940,500.
