Planning Committee - Wednesday 6th August, 2025 7.00 pm

The North Northamptonshire Council Planning Committee met on Wednesday 6 August 2025 to discuss and vote on a planning application for a change of use of a property in Rushden. Councillors voted to approve the application for the change of use of 69 Wellingborough Road, Rushden from a dwelling house to a nine-person HMO[^2], subject to conditions.
