The Buckinghamshire Council meeting scheduled for 26 November 2025 included a presentation from the Thames Valley Police and Crime Commissioner and the Chief Constable, and a discussion on street trading controls. The meeting was also scheduled to include the appointment of an interim Chief Executive Officer.

Rural Forum - Thursday, 16th October, 2025 5.00 pm

The Buckinghamshire Council Rural Forum met to discuss a presentation from the Environmental Farmers Group, and to hear about the implications for food and farming of the Buckinghamshire Local Plan Consultation. The Forum was also scheduled to discuss updates from the National Farmers Union (NFU), the Chilterns National Landscape (CNL), and the Berkshire College of Agriculture (BCA).

The Finance & Resources Select Committee of Buckinghamshire Council met to discuss the 2025-2029 People Plan, receive a six-month update on the recommendations of the Budget Inquiry 2025, and receive a report on the model of spans and layers used for the council's organisational development.

Council - Wednesday, 17th September, 2025 4.00 pm

The Buckinghamshire Council meeting on 17 September 2025 included discussion of the council's pay policy, the Youth Justice Plan, and a review of the Audit and Governance Committee's work. Councillors were also scheduled to hear reports from cabinet members on topics ranging from strategic finance and economic growth to transport, culture, and community safety.

Buckinghamshire Council convened an extraordinary meeting on Wednesday 17 September 2025. The main item for discussion was the appointment of honorary aldermen. The meeting was also scheduled to confirm the date of the next meeting.
