Miscellaneous Licensing Committee - Friday, 18th July, 2025 10.30 am

The Miscellaneous Licensing Committee convened to address several applications and reviews related to Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver's Licences. The committee refused applications for the grant of licences for Applicant E1D177 and Applicant WD204, as well as applications for renewal of licences for Applicant WD205 and Applicant WD206. The committee granted the application for renewal of a licence for Applicant CD284, and took no further action in respect of Applicant E1D209's licence.

Corporate Finance and Performance Overview and Scrutiny Committee - Tuesday, 15th July, 2025 10.00 am

The Corporate Finance and Performance Overview and Scrutiny Committee were scheduled to meet to discuss the council's performance, asset management strategy, and work programme for the coming year. The committee was also expected to receive updates from various cabinet members and consider questions from the public.

Health and Adult Social Care Overview and Scrutiny Committee - Wednesday, 2nd July, 2025 10.00 am

The Health and Adult Social Care Overview and Scrutiny Committee were scheduled to discuss proposed changes to Integrated Care Boards, and the co-option of a representative from Healthwatch Cornwall. The committee was also due to receive updates from the Portfolio Holder for Adult Social Care and Partnerships and the Portfolio Holder for Community Safety and Public Health. Finally, they were scheduled to answer questions from the public.

Miscellaneous Licensing Committee - Friday, 20th June, 2025 10.00 am

The Miscellaneous Licensing Committee convened to address licensing policy and individual applications, ultimately recommending the revised Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle, Operator and Driver Licensing Policy for Council approval, while also refusing two applications for Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver's Licences.
