...to approve a provisional Council Tax Base of 39,173.0 for 2026/27, authorize the Chief Finance Officer to determine the final Council Tax Base and net yield from Business Rate income for 2026/27 in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance, Assets and Community Wealth Building, and set the Council Tax Base for each Town and Parish area.
