Licensing Sub Committee B - Monday 2 September 2024 7.00 pm
The Licensing Sub-Committee B of Hackney Council met to consider two applications for new premises licences, one for Café Botanical at 114-116 Curtain Road and the other for Unit B3, 3 Bowl Court. The sub-committee was also scheduled to discuss the adoption of a standing item relating to temporary event notices.

This meeting was scheduled to consider applications for new premises licences from businesses at 97 Stoke Newington Road and Playhouse, 258 Kingsland Road. The meeting was also due to consider any Temporary Event Notices that had been received, but these are not listed in the report pack.

This meeting of Hackney Council's Corporate Committee was an extraordinary meeting called to confirm the make up of the council's Planning Sub-Committee. The Planning Sub-Committee is responsible for making decisions on planning applications and other planning matters. A report pack prepared for the meeting explains that the Planning Sub-Committee's membership had previously been agreed at the council's Annual Meeting, but a number of revisions to membership were required
. The report asked the Corporate Committee to note the revised membership.
Licensing Sub Committee B - Tuesday 30 July 2024 7.00 pm
The Licensing Sub Committee B of Hackney Council met to consider an application to vary the Premises Licence for the Habbot Bar and Lounge, 331 Wick Road, London, E9 5DH. The application was made by Mr Abel Nsinga, and fourteen representations were received from local residents objecting to the proposed changes, while the Metropolitan Police and Environmental Health also raised concerns.
