The East and South Buckinghamshire Area Planning Committee met on 15 July 2025 to discuss planning applications in the region. Councillors approved an outline planning application for 43 dwellings in Iver, and a permission in principle for seven dwellings in Little Chalfont. They also approved alterations to public conveniences in Beaconsfield.
Standards and General Purposes Committee - Thursday, 10th July, 2025 2.00 pm
The Standards and General Purposes Committee convened to review complaints, consider an annual report, and discuss the work programme. The committee approved the minutes from the previous meeting, reviewed the Compliments, Complaints and Improvements Annual Report and Ombudsman Update, and noted the Member Code of Conduct Complaints - Quarter 1 Review.
Schools Forum - Tuesday, 1st July, 2025 1.30 pm
Buckinghamshire Council's Schools Forum met to discuss the Dedicated Schools Grant (DSG) revenue monitoring for 2024-25, which showed a significant overspend in the high needs block, and to hear an announcement regarding the statutory override[^1] for high needs funding. The forum also noted that they would be looking to re-elect co-chairs in the autumn.

The Buckinghamshire Council Pension Fund Committee met on 24 June 2025 to discuss a range of topics, including an update on the 'Fit for the Future' consultation, a review of the committee's training policy, and the external audit plan.
