Licensing Sub Committee A - Thursday, 27th June, 2024 6.30 pm
The Licensing Sub Committee A met to discuss three applications. They approved an application for a new premises licence for Flora Cafe, approved an application for a variation to the licence for 216 St Paul's Road, and continued an application for a variation to the licence for Rush Cocktails to a later date.

The Licensing Sub-Committee D met and granted a licence variation to Someday[^1] at 2 City North Place with conditions, including a graduated start to the new operating hours.
Licensing Committee - Tuesday, 21st May, 2024 6.20 pm
The Licensing Committee met and set the schedule of Licensing Sub-Committee meetings for the 2024/2025 municipal year. They also agreed the membership of each of the four sub-committees, and appointed a Chair and Vice-Chair for each one. The minutes of the meeting held on 12 March 2024 [^1] were agreed.
Annual Council - Thursday, 16th May, 2024 7.30 pm
Councillor Anjna Khurana was elected as Mayor of Islington for 2024/25, with Councillor Jason Jackson as her deputy. Outgoing Mayor, Councillor Gary Heather, was thanked for his service to the borough. Councillor Kaya Comer-Schwartz announced a refreshed Executive, with new responsibilities and some changes in personnel. The Council also approved a number of constitutional amendments relating to the operation of scrutiny, changes to the Members’ Allowances Scheme and procurement rules, and the membership and terms of reference for the Council’s committees.
