Update of Corporate Complaints Policy

...to comply with the Housing Ombudsman's Statutory Complaint Handling Code, the Cabinet approved the revised Corporate Complaints Policy and delegated authority to the Service Director for Digital, HR and Customer Services, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Customers and Business Transformation and the Service Director for Housing, to approve future minor changes.

...the Chesterfield Community Safety Partnership Plan for 2025 – 2028 was noted and endorsed, outlining a collaborative approach to reducing crime and criminality across the Borough by focusing on four key priorities: tackling neighbourhood crime and antisocial behaviour, tackling serious harm, exploitation and violence, tackling drug and alcohol-driven crime, and improving safety in Chesterfield Town Centre.
