Request for financial support for the Operation of the Alexandra Theatre

The Council has received a request from the current operators of the Alexandra Theatre for financial support in the lead up to and the early years of running the updated theatre. This report considers the work that has been undertaken to explore options for the operation of the theatre, soft market testing for potential alternative operators and the request for support from Arun Arts (the current operator). The recommendations endorse providing the requested financial support for a three-year period.

Residents Satisfaction Survey 2025

The Residents Survey 2025 provides a valuable insight into public perceptions of and satisfaction with the services we deliver and Arun as a place to live. The survey results set out in the report enable us to identify areas of high performance and also areas where performance is not so strong, feeding into decisions on how to deliver services during the period of the Council Vision 2022 – 2026.
