Local Planning Committee - Tuesday, 9th December, 2025 6.30 pm
The Royal Borough of Greenwich Local Planning Committee met to discuss several planning applications, including changes of use for properties to houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), and the amalgamation of commercial units. Royal Greenwich Council met in December 2025 to discuss a range of issues, including approving a draft local plan for consultation, adopting a revised licensing policy, and addressing community safety and road repairs through dedicated motions.
