...to ensure timely completion of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) wave 2.1 programme, the Cabinet approved the direct award to Sustainable Building Services (UK) Ltd to undertake the decarbonisation works and approved the updated spend profile to February 2026, completing all 226 homes on the programme to the final contract sum of £10.2m.
