Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Partnership - Monday, 22nd September, 2025 10.00 am
The Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) met to discuss commissioning intentions for 2026-27 and to hear updates from local Health and Wellbeing Boards. The ICP agreed to pause some action points from the previous meeting related to filling the Starkwell domain lead, and also agreed to hybrid arrangements for the next meeting.

The Lancashire Health and Wellbeing Board met to discuss the Better Care Fund, adaptations to help people live independently, and national policy changes to the NHS. The board ratified the Lancashire Better Care Fund 2024/25 end of year submission and the 2025/26 Better Care Fund plan. Members agreed to form a working group to consider the implications of the NHS's 10-year plan.

The Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) met to discuss a Working Well
update, the implications of devolution and the white paper, and an update from the Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB). The meeting was scheduled to include an overview of the requirements and timescales for the development of Get Lancashire & Cumbria Working plans and how governance would be established to facilitate integrated approaches to strategy development and programme implementation. The ICB update included an overview of the 2025/2026 Commissioning Intentions.
