Place Information and Delivery Team Strategy 2025-2030

The purpose of this report is to make the Committee aware of the Draft Place Information and Delivery Team Strategy 2025-2030 which has been produced following review of the Planning Information and Delivery Team Strategy 2022-2025. Committee are requested to consider the outcomes of the review and provide comment on the draft Strategy. Comments provided by all six Area Committees will be considered by officers and reflected in the final version presented to Infrastructure Services Committee for approval.

Historic Environment Team Strategy (HET) 2025-2028

To make Area Committee aware of the new Historic Environment Team Strategy 2025-2028. The committee are being asked to provide comment on the content and areas of work proposed over the Strategy period. Comments provided by all six Area Committees will be incorporated into the final document prior to the report being presented to Infrastructure Services Committee (ISC) for final approval
