...to approve in principle consenting to devolution and delegate authority to the Chief Executive to take necessary steps to provide consent on behalf of the Council to the Statutory Instrument creating a new Mayoral Combined County Authority in the Sussex and Brighton region, as well as approve the procurement of mayoral booklet services.

...to formally approve changes to the Constitution regarding increased task & finish groups, extended public question time for Overview & Scrutiny, clarified rules for Extraordinary Council meetings, a longer notice period for member written questions, and to establish a cross-party working group for future constitutional changes, while authorizing the Chief Executive and Monitoring Officer to implement these changes and republish the Constitution.

...to approve the West Saltdean Neighbourhood Plan, with modifications, to proceed to a local referendum.

...to request a report from officers to be presented to the relevant Cabinet Member regarding the feasibility, processes, timescale, and costs of invoking Clause 4 of the 1938 Covenant for plots 2 and 3 of The Mount Estate in West Saltdean, with the aim of designating the land as public open space.
