...the Executive of Cherwell endorsed the benefits of devolving powers and functions, agreed to continue regional collaboration, and supported Oxfordshire County Council's Expression of Interest to the government for early consideration in the next Devolution Programme, while acknowledging it as an initial invitation for dialogue and not a decision to establish a Strategic Authority.
