Kingston Partnership Board - Thursday 25 September 2025 2:00 pm

The Kingston Partnership Board met to discuss the 10-year health plan, the pharmaceutical needs assessment, and the Kingston compact. The board approved the Kingston Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment 2025 and the plan to maintain it until 2028. The board also approved the Kingston Compact 2025-2028, which aims to strengthen partnerships between the council, the NHS, and the voluntary sector.

People Committee - Tuesday 23 September 2025 7:30 pm, NEW

The Kingston upon Thames Council's People Committee convened to discuss several key issues affecting the borough's residents. The committee approved an uplift and extension to the adult carer support contract, noted progress with implementing the SEND Futures Plan, reviewed the Kingston and Richmond Safeguarding Children Partnership annual report, endorsed the progress of the Children and Young People’s Plan, and discussed outcomes for children in care.

Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee - Tuesday 9 September 2025 7:30 pm

The Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee convened to discuss community grants, traffic management, and planning applications, among other items. The committee approved a community grant for Namaste Kingston CIC and funding for Christmas trees, decided against changes to the Browns Road parking permit area, supported traffic calming measures on Surbiton Hill Road, and approved a planning application for Uxbridge Court, subject to amendments. The committee also received an update on the Seething Wells project and discussed the Tolworth Area Healthy Streets Scheme.

Home to School Travel Appeals Panel - Wednesday 13 August 2025 6:30 pm

The Home to School Travel Appeals Panel were scheduled to meet to discuss a report on behalf of the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames, and to agree on a meeting procedure. Councillor Diane White, Portfolio Holder for Children's Services (including Education) and Co-Chair - People Committee, was scheduled to attend as a substitute. The panel was expected to exclude the press and public from the meeting because of the confidential nature of the information to be discussed.

Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee - Tuesday 15 July 2025 7:30 pm

The Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee met to discuss traffic issues, community grant applications, and a planning application. The committee approved three community grant applications and heard questions from the public and the committee about traffic mitigation measures. A planning application was withdrawn from the agenda.
