Planning Committee (Major Applications) A - Tuesday 8 October 2024 6.30 pm

This meeting was scheduled to include the discussion of an Article 4 Direction to remove some permitted development rights, as well as applications to build a new logistics hub on Verney Road, and new housing and workspaces on Lower Road.

Housing, Community Safety and Community Engagement Scrutiny Commission - Wednesday 18 September 2024 7.00 pm

This meeting was scheduled to include a presentation on the role of Tenants and Residents Associations (TRAs) and Tenant Management Organisations (TMOs), a report on gas consumption in the council's district heating networks, and the proposed work programme for the rest of the year. It should be noted that these documents only tell us what was scheduled to be discussed. It also included the release of S106 funding to pay for the council's Employment and Training Programme.
