The Planning Committee of Barking and Dagenham Council met on Tuesday 10 February 2026 and unanimously approved a proposal for a new six-storey supported accommodation block at the YMCA campus on Rush Green Road, Romford. The committee also confirmed the minutes of the previous meeting held on 16 December 2025.
