Highways Term Maintenance Contract - Proposed 1 Year Extension

...to ensure continuity of highway maintenance services and allow time to develop a future operating model, the Cabinet approved amendments to the Highways Term Maintenance Contract with Kier Transportation, including a one-year extension from April 1, 2025, adjustments to overhead payments, and removal of a clause restricting the Council's ability to contract with other service providers.
