The Harrow Council Corporate Parenting Panel met to discuss updates and improvements to services for children looked after (CLA) and care leavers. Reports were presented on participation services, children missing from care, care leavers in custody, the leaving care service, an Ofsted monitoring visit, the virtual school autumn term, and health services for CLA.
