Housing Annual Assurance Statement 2025

...the Committee agreed to acknowledge the requirement to submit a signed Assurance Statement to the Scottish Housing Regulator annually, consider the outcomes required by the Scottish Social Housing Charter and the Scottish Housing Regulator, approve the proposed statement to the SHR as an accurate reflection of Aberdeenshire Council's compliance, and instruct the Director of Environment and Infrastructure Services to report any material change in circumstance affecting compliance after submission.
