The Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee is scheduled to meet to discuss community safety, a cycle route, and the activities of the Neighbourhood Community Rangers. Corporate and Resources Committee - Thursday 27 November 2025 7:30 pm

The Corporate and Resources Committee of Kingston upon Thames Council convened on 27 November 2025, addressing a range of strategic and financial matters. Key decisions included approving the establishment of a Special Purpose Vehicle for temporary accommodation, awarding contracts for cloud data centre services and CCTV upgrades, and endorsing the new Inclusive Kingston Strategy 2025-29. The committee also reviewed the revenue and capital budget monitoring reports.

Place Committee - Thursday 20 November 2025 7:30 pm

The Kingston upon Thames Place Committee met on 20 November 2025 and approved the proposed schemes listed in Annex 1 of the Proposed Local Implementation Plan (LIP) Programme 2026/27 for submission to Transport for London (TfL). The committee also delegated authority to the Director of Highways, Transport and Regulatory Services, in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holder, to approve any necessary adjustments or prioritisation of the proposed schemes if TfL amends the funding levels.

Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee - Tuesday 4 November 2025 7:30 pm

The Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee convened to discuss community grants, planning applications, and the Berrylands Area Healthy Streets Scheme. The committee approved a Neighbourhood Community Grant and two allocations of Councillor Ward Funding. They also approved two planning applications, one for a change of use to a house in multiple occupation (HMO) and another for the erection of a detached dwelling.
