Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee - Tuesday 9 December 2025 7:30 pm

The Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee is scheduled to meet to discuss community safety, a cycle route, and the activities of neighbourhood rangers. The committee will consider objections to an Experimental Traffic Management Order relating to the Ewell Road cycle route, and will receive an update on community safety work undertaken in the last six months. The committee will also review the activities of the Neighbourhood Community Rangers in Surbiton during 2025.

Corporate and Resources Committee - Thursday 27 November 2025 7:30 pm

The Corporate and Resources Committee convened to discuss and make decisions on a range of strategic and financial matters, including approving a new four-year Inclusive Kingston Strategy, establishing a Special Purpose Vehicle for temporary accommodation, and awarding contracts for cloud data centre services and CCTV upgrades. The committee also reviewed the revenue and capital budget monitoring reports and considered a motion regarding the council's governance structure.

Place Committee - Thursday 20 November 2025 7:30 pm

The Kingston upon Thames Place Committee met on 20 November 2025 and approved the proposed schemes listed in Annex 1 of the Proposed Local Implementation Plan (LIP) Programme 2026/27 for submission to Transport for London (TfL). The committee also delegated authority to the Director of Highways, Transport and Regulatory Services, in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holder, to approve any necessary adjustments or prioritisation of the proposed schemes if TfL amends the funding levels.

Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee - Tuesday 4 November 2025 7:30 pm

The Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee convened to discuss community grants, planning applications, and the Berrylands Area Healthy Streets Scheme. The committee approved a Neighbourhood Community Grant and two allocations of Councillor Ward Funding. They also approved two planning applications, one for a change of use to a house in multiple occupation (HMO) and another for the erection of a detached dwelling.
