The North Northamptonshire Council Planning Committee is scheduled to meet on Wednesday 10 December 2025 to discuss planning applications for a modification to a Section 106 agreement, a house extension, and the replacement of a classroom building. The meeting will be available for the public to view live on the Democratic Services' YouTube channel.

Planning Committee - Wednesday 19th November, 2025 7.00 pm

The North Northamptonshire Council Planning Committee met to discuss planning applications for a residential development in Wellingborough and a non-material amendment to an industrial development in Corby. The committee approved both applications, with conditions. Councillor Jennie Bone was also elected as vice-chair of the committee.

Council - Thursday 30th October, 2025 6.00 pm

North Northamptonshire Council met to discuss the Northamptonshire Youth Justice Plan, and to agree changes to the political balance on council committees. The council approved the recommendations set out in the Northamptonshire Youth Justice Plan 2024/25, and also approved changes to political balance on its committees.

Planning Committee - Wednesday 8th October, 2025 7.00 pm

The North Northamptonshire Council Planning Committee met to discuss planning applications for a nursery in Rushden, a property in Kettering, and land in Braybrooke. The committee approved the application for residential development at Jack And Jill Nursery, Rushden, subject to a condition regarding fencing. They also approved the change of use of a retail unit to a house in multiple occupation (HMO) in Kettering, and the construction of five dwellings in Braybrooke.
