Airport Strategic Review (Part 1)

...to maximise the economic impact of Cornwall Airport Newquay while minimising the financial burden on taxpayers and attracting investment, the Cabinet welcomed future investment, expressed concerns about the negotiation process, decided against deferring any final decision, and agreed that any proposed deal will be brought back to the Committee for scrutiny, also establishing a task and finish group to explore lessons from other airports and options to maximise the airport's success within Cornwall Council's control and ownership.
