Planning Committee - Wednesday, 18 February 2026 - 7.00 pm

The Planning Committee of Richmond upon Thames Council was scheduled to discuss two planning applications. The first application concerned the demolition of an existing building at 42 High Street, Teddington, and its replacement with a new building containing residential flats and retail units. The second application was a variation to a previously approved planning permission at 83 Udney Park Road, Teddington, to allow for additional bedrooms within the roof space of the proposed dwellinghouses.

Licensing Sub-Committee - Tuesday, 10 February 2026 - 2.00 pm

The Licensing Sub-Committee granted a new premises licence for Kingston Off-Licence, located at Unit 1, 1 Hampton Court Road, Hampton Wick, KT1 4AE. The licence permits the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises between 08:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday, with the premises also open to the public during these hours. This decision was made after careful consideration of the application, a single objection from a local resident, and extensive conditions agreed with the Metropolitan Police.

Regulatory Committee - Tuesday, 3 February 2026 - 7.00 pm

The Regulatory Committee of Richmond upon Thames Council met on Tuesday 03 February 2026 to discuss the extension of two Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) concerning anti-social activity and dog control. The committee approved the draft revised orders for public consultation, which will run for over seven weeks.
