The Council of Richmond upon Thames met on Tuesday 03 March 2026 to discuss and approve the Revenue Budget and Council Tax for 2026/27, alongside the Capital Programme and funding review. This decision was made after careful consideration of the application, a single objection from a local resident, and extensive conditions agreed with the Metropolitan Police.
