Licensing Sub-Committee (2) - Thursday 5th September, 2024 10.00 am

The meeting was scheduled to consider four applications for new alcohol licences. One of the applications was to change the terms of an existing licence to remove a members club restriction. Two of the applications were for new licences in the West End Cumulative Impact Zone, where Westminster Council normally refuses permission for new pubs and restaurants.

Licensing Sub-Committee (1) - Wednesday 4th September, 2024 10.00 am

The Licensing Sub-Committee (1) of Westminster City Council met on 04 September 2024 and granted three applications for premises licences in Abbey Road, Covent Garden and Maida Vale.

Licensing Sub-Committee (6) - Thursday 22nd August, 2024 10.00 am

This meeting was scheduled to consider three licensing applications. Two applications were for variations of existing premises licences, one for a restaurant in Mayfair, and the other for Marylebone Theatre. The third application was for the renewal of a sexual entertainment venue licence for The Windmill Theatre.

Licensing Sub-Committee (2) - Thursday 15th August, 2024 10.00 am

This meeting was to discuss an application to review the premises licence of Royal China at 24-26 Baker Street in Marylebone. The Home Office requested the review on the grounds of the prevention of crime and disorder and of public safety.

Licensing Sub-Committee (1) - Monday 12th August, 2024 10.00 am

This meeting of the Licensing Sub-Committee (1) was to determine whether to uphold, modify or withdraw interim steps taken against the Concept Club on Duke Street in the West End on 18 July 2024 and to determine a full review of the club's licence. The interim steps, taken after a fight involving 15 people in the club during the early hours of 15 July 2024, were to suspend the club's licence with immediate effect.
