PROCUREMENT STRATEGY FOR EDUCATION CAPITAL WORKS

...to deliver construction contracts for the Council's Education Programme from 2025-31, the Executive agreed on a procurement strategy that includes using the Open Procedure, introducing the Competitive Flexible Procedure, considering frameworks when economically advantageous, using the Regulated Below Threshold Closed Tender procedure, passing funds to schools for efficient project delivery, proceeding with capital schemes aligned with the Council's Basic Need Capital Programme and Education Planned Maintenance Programme, and primarily using JCT and NEC contracts with Bromley amendments.
