The East & South Buckinghamshire Area Planning Committee met on 14 October 2025, and made decisions on two planning applications. Councillors voted to refuse an outline application for the demolition of existing structures and erection of up to 18 dwellings and associated infrastructure and landscaping at Lambscroft Nursery, and to approve an application for the erection of a new dwelling and detached garage to the side of an existing property called Wings.

The Licensing (Premises) Sub-Committee met to review the premises licence for The Bricklayers Arms, following an application from Buckinghamshire Council's Environmental Protection Team. After hearing detailed arguments, the sub-committee decided to modify the licence with additional conditions to prevent public nuisance. These modifications included keeping noise from regulated entertainment at background level, closing external doors and windows after 11pm, and operating in accordance with a Noise Management Plan.
