...to facilitate the construction of a new community centre in Arborfield Green, the Executive approved a delivery model where the Council takes responsibility for planning, design, and construction, acquires the site freehold, and seeks a new operator, while also adding a capital budget to the Medium Term Financial Plan funded by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation.
