Lambeth Together Care Partnership (formerly Lambeth Together Strategic Board) - Thursday 15 May 2025 1.00 pm
The Lambeth Together Care Partnership Board met to discuss a range of topics including business planning, homeless health, and sexual health. The board was asked to approve the second annual review of Our Health, Our Lambeth, endorse promotion of sexual health services, and approve a progress report on the work of the Homeless Health programme. Health and Wellbeing Board - Thursday 8 May 2025 6.00 pm

The 6 March 2025 Lambeth Together Care Partnership meeting was set to cover updates from across the partnership on its key work programmes as it approached the third year of its five-year plan, ‘Our Health, Our Lambeth 2023-2028’, against a challenging financial backdrop and evolving national health and care policy. The meeting was scheduled to include deep-dive presentations into two of the Partnership’s priorities: its Learning Disabilities and Autism (LDA) Programme and its Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs).
Health and Wellbeing Board - Tuesday 28 January 2025 6.00 pm
The Board noted updates on the Family Hub Programme, the Lambeth Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA), the Better Care Fund (BCF), the work to support health and wellbeing in schools and the Director of Public Health’s quarterly report. The Board also approved the Lambeth Health and Wellbeing Board's response to the Change NHS consultation.

The Lambeth Together Care Partnership agreed the minutes of their previous meeting and noted the Place Executive Lead report. The Board discussed updates on the Lambeth Suicide Prevention Strategy, initiatives aimed at helping older adults in Lambeth to age well, the work of the Lambeth Together Primary Care Commissioning Committee and the Lambeth Together Assurance Sub-Group, and plans for the Partnership's 2025/26 Business Plan. The Board also ratified the proposed update to the Lambeth Together Care Partnership's Terms of Reference.
