The Local Planning Committee of Greenwich Council met on Thursday 19 February 2026, discussing several planning applications. The committee approved the proposed extension to Woodlands Heights, a change of use for 872 Sidcup Road to a seven-bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO), the construction of a new dwelling at land to the rear of 62 and 64 Footscray Road, a six-bedroom HMO at 49 Tewson Road, and an eight-bedroom HMO at 33 Waverley Crescent. However, the committee refused the application to increase the number of occupants at 872 Sidcup Road from six to seven.

Permission was granted for the change of use of 47 Arbroath Road, Eltham, to a five-bedroom HMO, and for 32 Roydene Road, Plumstead, to become a six-bedroom HMO, subject to conditions.

A decision on a proposed house in multiple occupation (HMO) in Plumstead was approved with additional conditions, while a decision on an outbuilding in Blackheath was deferred for further information.
