The Northumberland County Council Health and Well-being Board met to discuss and approve the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment 2025-28, which maps pharmaceutical services against local health needs. The board approved publication of the assessment and delegated authority for PNA-related actions to the Executive Director of Public Health, Stronger Communities and Inequalities, in consultation with the Chair of the Health and Well-being Board. The board also reviewed its forward plan for the 2025/26 council year.

Northumberland County Council met on 10 September 2025, and agreed to increase the budget for the Northumberland Line project by £37.9 million, commence a county-wide Community Governance Review, and also discussed corporate performance and annual reports from cabinet members.

The Firefighters' Pension Scheme Local Pension Board met to discuss a monitoring report, a breach assessment, pension dashboards, and the Local Pension Board Risk Register. They also reviewed the draft annual report of the Firefighters Local Pension Board 2024-2025 and the West Yorkshire Pension Fund (WYPF) monthly client reports.
