...the Executive of Surrey Heath decided to note the predicted forecast for the full year outturn, the spend and commitment against the approved capital programme up to 30 September 2025, and the projected profile of spend for the 2025/26 financial year, as well as approve the proposed reprofiling and removal of certain capital budgets.

...to delegate authority to the Head of Property & Economic Development, in consultation with the Head of Finance, to enter into a water supply contract with Castle Water Limited for three years, with a possible one-year extension, at an estimated annual cost of £56,000, subject to inflationary increases.
