The Hackney Procurement Board noted the unrestricted minutes of their meeting held on 8 July 2025. The Board approved the direct award of merchant bank services to Supplier A for card payment processing services. They also approved the appointment of providers A, B, and C to the Independent Tenants and Leaseholder Advisor Framework 2025, and approved the award of contract to Supplier A for park depot refurbishment works. Finally, the Board approved the procurement of an Adult Skills Open Framework agreement and the procurement of contractors for disabled adaptations and stairlifts.

The Cabinet Procurement and Insourcing Committee approved the procurement of communal works and repairs and maintenance provision on 06/10/2025. This includes awarding contracts for Lot 1 (Playground Repairs, Landscaping, Fencing, Drainage, Water Mains) to two contractors and Lot 2 (Playgrounds Inspection) to one contractor. The decision authorises the procurement of two contractors for Lot 1 with a combined value of approximately £17.35m and one contractor for Lot 2 with a value of approximately £0.47m over the maximum contract term.

...an Open Framework contract was approved for the delivery of Supported Living and Residential Services (Lots 1 & 2) and block packages of care (Lot 3) to successful suppliers, with the contract potentially extending up to 8 years and costing Hackney a maximum of £805.7m, while also approving the inclusion of North East London Partners from year 2 onwards.
