...to endorse the Greyfriars Vision and Framework, approve a delivery approach in partnership with the English Cities Fund, and authorize the appointment of the English Cities Fund for the Stage 1 Pre-Development Services Agreement, all aimed at regenerating the derelict Greyfriars site into a high-quality mixed-use development.

...to dispose of the Horizon House site, delegating authority to the Assistant Director Assets and Environment, in consultation with other directors and cabinet members, to finalize the disposal and related documentation.

...to approve a £2.2 million budget increase, funded by council borrowing, for the construction of Overstone Park Primary School, aiming for a September 2025 opening and with plans to repay the borrowing through future CIL funding.

...to approve the West Northamptonshire Tenancy Strategy 2024-2029, replacing previous tenancy strategies in Daventry, South Northamptonshire, and Northampton.

...to receive and note the findings of the Northamptonshire Safeguarding Adults Board Annual Report 2023-2024, fulfilling the Local Authority's duty under the Care Act 2014.
