Ealing Schools Forum - Wednesday, 2 July 2025 6.00 pm
The Ealing Schools Forum met to discuss school funding for the upcoming years. The forum agreed to implement a clawback mechanism for schools with excessive surplus balances, with the funds being used to support high needs pressures and potential school organisation changes. The committee also noted a report on the council's treasury management activities for quarter 2 of 2024/25, discussed audit strategy memos for both the council and the Pension Fund, received progress updates on internal audit and anti-fraud work, and reviewed the strategic risk register for quarter 2.
