From: Executive Board - Wednesday, 12th March, 2025 1.00 pm - March 12, 2025

Approval required to adopt our new Connecting Leeds Transport Strategy Action Plan 2 document which covers the period from 2024 to 2027 along with the wider Connecting Leeds Transport Strategy annual progress update. The Action Plan 2 document follows the format of Action Plan 1 which was adopted in October 2021. Action Plan 2 summarises progress, notes the net-zero challenge, provides funding details, outlines key components aligned with the four main strategy themes of policy, infrastructure, mobility & service and network management & maintenance. The document includes examples/case studies, and lists current and future measures, most of which are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027 in line with major funding and public transport enhancement programme deadlines.
