The Licensing Sub Committee met to consider an application for a new premises licence for Fabwick, and an application for a new premises licence for Feast Express. No decisions were made public during the meeting, and the sub-committee said that applicants would be informed of the decisions within five working days.

The Licensing Sub Committee met to discuss a new premises licence for Asia Villa and Fermo Studio. The sub committee adjourned into a private session after the meeting to discuss the applications and will deliver their decisions within five working days.

Licensing Sub Committee - Thursday, 12th June, 2025 6.30 p.m.

The Licensing Sub Committee met to discuss a license variation for Chiave Shoreditch and a new premises license for Boundary Hotel Restaurant. The committee ultimately rejected the application for Chiave Shoreditch, but approved the application for Boundary Hotel Restaurant, with conditions. The committee also agreed to extend the decision deadline for several applications.

The Licensing Sub Committee of Tower Hamlets Council met on 7 January 2025 to discuss two applications for new premise licences. The committee refused a new premises licence for Harvest, a supermarket on Brick Lane, due to concerns about its location within a cumulative impact zone[^2] and the potential for increased public nuisance and crime and disorder. An application for a new premise licence for Z & H One Rice Ltd, also on Brick Lane, was withdrawn by the applicant. The committee also agreed to extend the decision deadline for several other licensing applications.

The Licensing Subcommittee met to decide on two applications. The application for a variation of a premises license for Perfetto Pizza at 391 Cambridge Heath Road, London E2 9RA was granted to allow late night refreshment sales until 3am, with 1am-3am for delivery only. The application for a new premises license for The Pickle Factory at 11-14 The Oval, London E2 9DT was also granted, subject to a number of conditions.
