They were also scheduled to discuss pipe subways of Holborn Viaduct and Snow Hill over Thameslink.

These included updates on the Salisbury Square Development, the securing of police accommodation, and the City of London Police Accommodation Programme. The board was also scheduled to discuss the Eastern Base - Middlesex Street Car Park.

Court of Common Council - Thursday, 9th October, 2025 1.00 pm

At a meeting of the Court of Common Council, the City of London Corporation agreed to changes to officer delegation, discussed housing governance, and received a report from the Panel of Independent Persons. The Court also approved a motion to instruct officers to report on introducing rolling electoral registration.

The Capital Buildings Board of the City of London Corporation met on Wednesday 24 September 2025 to discuss a RIBA Stage 5 update on the Salisbury Square Development, receive a verbal update on the design for the City of London Police (COLP) HQ, commercial and listed building, and review the Major Programmes Office dashboard report. The meeting also included a review of minutes from a prior meeting, and a motion to exclude the public from some of the meeting's agenda items.
