The Licensing Sub-Committee convened to consider an application for a variation of a premises licence for The Coffee Place & Breakfast. The committee decided to grant the application, allowing for extended hours for alcohol sales and opening times, as well as a change of the premises name. The decision was made after considering the report of the Licensing Manager, representations from the applicant and a local resident, and relevant licensing objectives.

Despite objections from local residents, the sub-committee granted the licence, subject to mandatory conditions and additional conditions agreed with the police.
