To provide Members with an update on the application made by Cambridgeshire County Council on behalf of the Greater Cambridge Partnership (GCP) for The Cambridge South East Transport Order under the Transport and Works Act (TWA)(1992). It provides an update on progress resolving matters raised by the Council in its initial representation and seeks delegated authority to the Joint Director in consultation with the Lead Cabinet Member for Economic Development to finalise and submit the Statement of Case by 18 July 2025.

3C Shared Services Partnership Renewal Agreement

The Partnership Renewal Agreement for 3C Shared Services (ICT, Building Control, Legal) is due to expire in September 2025. The report proposes to extend it for another five years.
