Full Council, involving all 45 South Cambridgeshire District Councillors, meets approximately six times a year and has overall responsibility for the Council's budget and major policies. The full Council is also responsible for appointing the Chair, Vice-Chair, Leader of the Council, committee chairs and vice-chairs, the Head of Paid Service, the Monitoring Officer and the Chief Finance Officer.
